Carrie Jones has been training and competing in agility over nine years.  Prior to agility, Carrie competed with her Jack Russell Terriers in terrier trial events (conformation, racing, go-to-ground).  Carrie has three dogs, Tango (JRT - 14 yo - retired), Twist (JRT - 12 yo - retired), and Jive (BC - 6 yo).  All of her dogs have earned their MACH and ADCH titles.  Her dogs have been awarded USDAA Top Ten honors in years passed and have been Grand Prix and Steeplechase finalists.  At AKC Nationals, Tango won the International JWW class in 2000 and 2003, placed 2nd overall in the International Division in 2000, and made multiple Challenger Class appearances.  In 2005, Twist placed 2nd overall in the 12" division of the State Team Tournament at AKC Nationals. At the AKC Nationals in 2007, Jive placed 2nd overall in the 24" division, 3rd overall in the ISC 26" division, and Virginia State Team Champions.  Jive has been on the AKC/USA World Team for two years (2006 & 2007).  At World Team Tryouts, Jive placed 3rd overall in 2006 and won his spot on the team in 2007 by placing first overall in rounds one through three.  At the FCI Agility World Championships, Jive placed 20th overall individually in 2006 (Switzerland), placed 6th overall individually in 2007 (Norway), and he (w/teammates "Spree" Braue and "Stellar" Mecklenburg) won Team Silver in 2007 (Norway).  At the USDAA Nationals in 2007, Jive (w/teammates "Spree" Braue & "Sizzle" Holik) won the Dog Agility Masters Team Championship.  At the FCI Agility World Championships in 2007, Carrie and Jive were members of the silver medal team.
